Uh, I don't remember Blacks, Whites, American Indians or Asians, etc. being specifically mentioned in the SOTU address either. This guy extrapolates from that that his nationality is being "dissed?"
It seems "we're" is referring to all Americans. Maybe he wanted illegals to be "shouted out" to? ;-)
