PAT said...: Yes, According to Presidential Protocol (Diplomatic Procedure) When a new Presidential election is held the "elected" must go before the Speaker of the House with documented proof to their legality! This was told the day before Obama became president! I watched Fox News and also read it on the Fox News web sight.
