the SS fund has - since Johnson - been used to balance the budget - i.e. that the money, put into the fund IN GOOD FAITH has been abused.
the Supreme court will have to decide this - and it better be in favor of those who did the paying, not those who do the drawing.
medicaid is entirely paid out of medicare - that is the problem.
